- At INDUFORUM 2023, a job fair organised by the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers (ETSII in Spanish) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Endesa will attend students in person at its stand on Thursday, 30 March. There will also be a presentation entitled "Endesa and green hydrogen, playing a leading role in decarbonisation", which will be given by Diana Morales de la Fuente, Endesa's Head of Hydrogen Technology Engineering for Iberia.
- Endesa will allocate 2.4 million euros to this year's Flow Your Talent Scholarship programme for the development of 170 scholarships distributed between the company's different business lines and the different autonomous communities where it operates. 52% of the participants in the 2021-2022 editions were contracted by the company at the end of the training process.

In its search for young talent and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) profiles, Endesa will participate tomorrow, Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 March, in the sixth edition of the online job fair organised by the Spanish Institute of Engineering and on that same Thursday, there will be an in-person stand at INDUFORUM 2023, a job fair organised by the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers (ETSII in Spanish) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, which this year resumes its presence after the pandemic.
In the first of these fairs, organised by the Spanish Institute of Engineering, Endesa will attend to participants at its virtual stand, where they can learn more about the company and its scholarship programme, as well as the opportunities for employment and professional development it offers.
At its in-person stand at INDUFORUM 2023, Endesa will have a talent attraction team and employees from the different areas who will assist students and recent graduates by providing them with information about the different training and junior employment opportunities offered by the company. They will also be accompanied by scholarship holders, alumni of the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineers (ETSII) who are currently undergoing training in the company, and who will be able to tell the university students who ask them all about their first-hand experience.
Endesa will also participate in a presentation entitled "Endesa and green hydrogen, playing a leading role in decarbonisation", where Diana Morales de la Fuente, Endesa's Head of Hydrogen Technology Engineering for Iberia, will address the company's commitment to green hydrogen as part of its commitment to sustainability.
More than 170 scholarships this year and 52% of participants end up with an employment contract
Endesa has just launched its Flow Your Talent Endesa 2023 Scholarship programme, to which it will allocate €2.4 million to provide 170 scholarships distributed between the company's different business lines and the different autonomous communities where it operates. They are aimed at recently graduated university students who may have the opportunity to access dynamic training adapted to current market needs. They off 12 months of paid internships and include a Master in Productivity and Personal Development with a degree from the Camilo José Cela University that enhances the personal and professional CV of these young talents.
This scholarship programme is a great opportunity for these young people who are looking to participate in a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional skills. It is also a gateway to the labour market in the company given that 52% of the participants in the editions of the last two years are currently working within the company with an employment contract.
