- The company continues its search for young STEM talent and tomorrow, Thursday, 27 April, between 10.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m., it will have a stand at the JOBarcelona youth employment fair, at the Spotify Camp Nou/Palau Blaugrana.
- Specifically, at JOBarcelona 2023, the company will mainly be looking for profiles from the energy engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer engineering, mathematics and physics fields, as well as other areas such as business administration, economics, finance and marketing.
- Endesa allocates almost 3 million euros each year to its scholarship programme, open each year to 170 young graduates looking to develop their professional career in the different lines of business pursued by the company and the different regions in which it is present.
- 52% of the young people who have completed a scholarship at Endesa went on to be hired by the company at the end of the training process.
In line with its commitment to sustainability, digitalisation and renewable energies, 70% of the job opportunities offered by Endesa are aimed at STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) profiles. In total, Endesa recruits an average of 500 people each year.
To meet this demand for STEM profiles, Endesa will be on the lookout for young talent tomorrow, Thursday 27 April, at the 11th edition of the JOBarcelona 2023 job fair, International Junior Talent Acquisition JOBFair, organised by Talent Point HRC. This event, which will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Spotify Camp Nou/Palau Blaugrana, allows companies to connect directly with more than 8,000 national and international junior candidates.
Young talent committed to sustainability

Endesa will also be present at the conferences held during the fair. Adolfo García Nicolás, Head of Sustainability Planning and Stakeholder Relations at Endesa, will participate in the round table "Be sustainable for the future", which will take place on Thursday from 2 pm to 2:45 pm. Also in attendance at this session will be Alba Linares (Damm), Erica García (Garden Hoteles), Alba Forns (Climatize) and Pili Malagarriga (Segundo Mundo).

Almost 3 million euros are dedicated each year to the development of 170 scholarships for young graduates
Endesa allocates almost 3 million euros each year to the development of its programme for 170 scholarships distributed between the company's different business lines and the different regions where it operates, including Catalonia. They are aimed at recently graduated university students who may have the opportunity to access dynamic training adapted to current market needs. They off 12 months of paid internships and include a Master in Productivity and Personal Development with a degree from the Camilo José Cela University that enhances the personal and professional CV of these young talents.
This scholarship programme is a great opportunity for these young people who are looking to participate in a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional skills. Furthermore, it provides a foot in the door to the young people completing these scholarships as they are the first source of recruitment for junior positions at the company. 52% of the participants of the last two years' editions ended up being employed directly by the company.
