- In this way the company reinforces its commitment to residential customers in a context in which consumers are particularly concerned about savings.
- The "Your new favourite month" promotion will run until the end of March for all customers who contract Endesa's most common rates in the deregulated market, which has stable and competitive prices. Any customers interested can ask for assessment at offices and service points, by telephone or via digital channels.
Endesa has launched a new commercial campaign aimed at domestic customers who want to take advantage of the stable and competitive prices of the deregulated market. Specifically, the company has launched a promotion that offers one month of free electricity consumption each year and forever if any of Endesa's most common rates in the deregulated market is contracted. This is expected to help mitigate the rising prices in the economic sphere that are having a direct impact on families.
Specifically, the promotion – known as "Your new favourite month" – is already active and will run until the end of March for new residential customers but also for those who have already contracted a rate at Endesa and decide to make the switch to Única, with which a personalised fixed fee is paid tailored to the individual consumption of each client, with 100% renewable energy, with no minimum duration with consumer bonuses for meeting efficient consumption objectives.
To benefit forever from a month of free electricity each year, new customers who are interested must contract the Tempo Happy, One Luz, Libre or Única rates up to 10 kW via face-to-face channels (commercial offices, service points) or through telephone and digital channels.
Endesa currently has 5.8 million electricity customers in the deregulated market in Spain (Endesa Energía) and another 4.1 million customers in the regulated market (through the reference retailer Energía XXI). This gives a total customer base for Endesa's retailers of almost ten million.
