Actual innovation challenges to develop the potential of young talent. This is Innovation Flow, a program in which the youngest people resolve actual business challenges with the help of innovation methodologies. The aim is to channel your potential and creativity beyond its usual scope of action.
In March 2019, the first challenge began: a total of 15 interns from eight different business lines started to work on solutions for the business challenge put forward from Enel X related to NILM technology (non-intrusive load management).
The programme has gone through different phases: ideas workshop, definition of the business model and validation of the hypothesis. The solutions attained are ultimately presented to business sponsors at a Pitch Day.
