  • The Madrid Electric Vehicle Fair (VEM 2026) will be held on 5, 6, and 7 June at Madrid Río (Explanada de la Selección Española), bringing together both private and professional audiences at the country's leading electric mobility event.

With the latest edition of the Madrid Electric Vehicle Fair just around the corner, Endesa and Ayvens will be participating jointly in the eleventh edition of VEM 2026. This is one of the country's main electric mobility events, taking place on 5, 6, and 7 June at Madrid Río (Explanada de la Selección Española).

Endesa and Ayvens will have a large space in the central aisle to present their interconnected ecosystem of products and services, which facilitate the transition to electrification and sustainable mobility. This includes Endesa Drive, the electric vehicle leasing solution developed by both companies. Endesa Drive integrates the car, a home charger, up to 15,000 km of subsidised public charging, and a discounted electricity tariff for home charging into a single monthly fee. But that's not all, because there are solutions to suit every need.

Thanks to the first electric leasing package designed by Ayvens and Endesa, customers will have access to a service that provides a complete mobility solution in a single contract with a fixed monthly fee. The proposal includes leasing an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, with various models available, alongside all the associated services: maintenance, tyre changes, repairs, and insurance. This delivers a simpler, more convenient experience adapted to modern sustainable mobility needs.

With this solution, the two companies are taking a further step in their commitment to bring electric mobility to private customers, providing a simple, accessible experience tailored to their actual needs. Endesa Drive helps eliminate many of the barriers that still surround electrification by bundling all the services needed to enjoy an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle with complete peace of mind into a single monthly fee.

The logic behind the product is simple: convenience. Instead of forcing the user to contract each component separately, the elements that generate the most uncertainty are grouped together into a single, seamless experience. This convenience also means offering users alternatives based on their specific needs. For example: if they already own an electric car and only need the charger and the best tariff; if they are just looking for the best prices to charge at home; or if they are looking for the full package, from the vehicle itself to the charger and tariff. For instance, if the user already has an electric car and just needs a charger and the best tariff, or simply wants the best rates for home charging. There are already highly attractive solutions available. For instance, Endesa has launched a tariff with a monthly fee that provides enough home charging to drive 15,000 km a year for less than €32/month (taxes included). If you bundle this with the charger and its installation, the fee drops to €22/month, and you also receive a 20% discount on charging across their public network.

At the fair, visitors will be able to explore Endesa's home and public charging solutions, the Waybox charger, and the Endesa "On Your Way" app. Through this app, customers can select the tariff that best suits their usage and link their RFID card to simplify the charging process, ensuring they can start a charge even in low-coverage areas.

Likewise, Endesa and Ayvens will provide information on their comprehensive charging service for companies and fleets. Interested parties will be able to learn about charging their electric fleets, receive advice on electrification options for their businesses, and explore innovative value-added services within the electric mobility ecosystem.

Attendees will also find information about Endesa's public charging infrastructure plan, which is one of the most ambitious in the country. For more than a decade, Endesa has been committed to facilitating electric mobility for all users. This includes not only urban charging solutions adapted for parking lots, shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and more but also a strong focus on public urban and peri-urban charging, as well as ultra-fast roadway charging to ensure users have no doubts about making long-distance trips.

Endesa has now reached 7,162 charging points installed throughout Spain, representing 10% growth compared to the previous year. There is equipment installed, operational, or currently being deployed across all autonomous communities and in 100% of the provinces. Furthermore, it is one of the highest-quality networks in the country: almost all the chargers offer at least 22 kW, and 45% already use fast or ultra-fast technology.

The company has particularly strengthened its commitment to high-power charging. Last year alone, four out of ten chargers installed by Endesa were high-power, with a total of 1,053 ultra-fast charging points deployed in Spain. These feature power capacities of 150, 300, and 350 kW, which is 15% more than in 2024 and represents 38% of all installations over the year. A large proportion of these points are located on road corridors and in areas close to major roads to facilitate long-distance travel.

The VEM fair is organised by the Business Association for the Development and Promotion of Electric Mobility, AEDIVE, together with Madrid City Council. Endesa has been a member of AEDIVE since April 2015 and is currently part of its Board of Directors.
