Endesa receives recognition in the Atos Digital Progress Awards in the Customer Experience category for its Digital Sales Acceleration project.
This new methodology has enabled Endesa to offer personalised products and services and for customers to have access to more comprehensive information. This automation process therefore increases interaction speed between company and customer.
The Atos Digital Progress Awards, which were presented during a ceremony celebrated last night by the Minister of Public Works, Ana Pastor, recognise the most innovative companies and organisations in terms of digital transformation. Apart from Endesa, the BBVA bank also received a Special Award for its CIB Technology Plan, which supports business and technology transformation in the area of corporate banking and financial markets.
The other award winners in the remaining four categories of the Atos Digital Process Awards were: The Island Council of Tenerife in the Operational Excellence category for its project RTC-ALIX aimed at the development of ICT infrastructures on the island; the Ministry of finance and Public Administrations in the category of Trust&Compliace for its project Cliente@firma which enables digital signatures to be used in public administrations; the Prince Felipe Research Centre in Valencia, in the category of Business Reinvention for its Genomic Diagnosis for personalised medicine; and the industrial consultancy firm in Asturias, Prodintec, in the 4.0 category for its project Light-rolls, which offers a new advanced 3D printing platform.
The jury in charge of selecting the candidates and choosing the winning projects was chaired by Rosa García, president of Siemens AG Spain and also included Leopoldo Abadía, professor at the Business School, Pilar Laguna, Dean of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences at the King Juan Carlos University, Grace Obado, director of Africa 2point0 and Pedro Zuaza Olier, president of the Choiseul Institute Spain.
