All domestic and small business customers who have a contract on the free market and also those who decide to register with the company can sign up.
New customers will get a 20% discount on electricity consumption for life.
A free programme to reward loyalty so that customers can easily save. To this end, Endesa has created "Para Ti", an initiative whereby customers can accumulate points and exchange them for discounts on their electricity and/or gas bills in a very easy way, as they will receive their first welcome points by simply registering. This is the first loyalty programme that Endesa has launched and one of the few that exist in the field of energy marketing.
The programme has great potential, as it can benefit the more than seven million domestic customers and small businesses that Endesa has in the free market and also those who decide to register with the company, who will also benefit from a 20% discount on electricity or gas consumption for life, with stable prices and no contractual obligation.
To join the programme, customers must register via the Endesa Energía mobile app, called Endesa Clientes, in the "Para Ti" section (available free of charge on the App Store and Play Store). The programme is very intuitive and simple to navigate, and when you sign up, you receive the first 500 points, and then you continue to accumulate more points for having contracts with Endesa and for making new contracts. In other words, the more contracts the customer has with Endesa, the more points they get. Another way to get more is by having a digital bill.
These points can be exchanged for discounts on the bill of supply contracts linked to the account or obtain other benefits such as access to exclusive draws. In addition, the programme also has agreements with collaborating companies with which you can enjoy discounts on flights, leisure and other initiatives that will be incorporated progressively.
With the launch of "Para Ti”, Endesa is committed to customer loyalty, rewarding their trust with savings on their energy bills.
