Triple your PARA TI points for each contract and digital bill next month

Many users see managing their bills as just another routine chore. However, those who are already part of the PARA TI loyalty programme know about an exciting opportunity that will triple their points without spending more: PARA TI’s x3 points boost.

How the x3 points promotion works

This initiative has been designed to reward the loyalty of customers who have taken the step to join the PARA TI programme, while encouraging digitalisation and more efficient energy management.

Its main goal is to offer a savings opportunity that, for a limited time, triples the value of point rewards within the programme. It’s the perfect boost for your household budget, especially during these times of geopolitical uncertainty.

Which points are multiplied

This promotion applies to the points that PARA TI members already earn regularly, no extra action required. In other words, we are tripling the points earned for each contract and for using digital billing month after month.

If you already earn points simply for having an active electricity or gas supply and for going paperless, those same actions will now earn you three times as many points.

Promotional period

If you’ve got a calendar handy, it's time to take note. The x3 offer will benefit customers who are already enrolled, as well as those who sign up by 14 April. Customers will receive triple points for their contracts and digital bills on their usual allocation date, between 15 April and 14 May. During this period, earning PARA TI points becomes three times more rewarding.

 

Who can benefit from this promotion

  • Existing PARA TI members: Customers who are already part of the PARA TI benefits and discounts programme don’t need to do anything else. No fine print: Our system automatically identifies customers who have an active contract and who have activated digital billing, and applies the x3 multiplier.

  • Customers who sign up before 14 April: If you’re not yet part of the programme, you can join before 14 April to benefit from triple points – it's easy and hassle-free. What's more, by joining PARA TI you’ll gain access to a platform where every action earns points that you can later redeem for discounts on your bills, and enjoy partner discounts and access to exclusive prize draws. Now is the perfect time to enjoy a grand welcome.

Conditions to qualify

The requirements to access this offer are very simple:

  • Be an Endesa customer with at least one active electricity and/or gas contract.

  • Be registered in the PARA TI programme (the contract holder must match the registered user).

    Remember: if you haven’t signed up yet, you can still do so until 14 April to benefit from the x3 boost.

     

Which actions count toward earning multiplied points

  • Points per contract: The PARA TI points you receive for each active supply contract with Endesa will be multiplied.

  • Points for digital billing: Taking care of the planet with Endesa also earns you PARA TI points. These points will also be tripled during the promotional period.

What is not included in the promotion

Other ways of earning PARA TI points – such as completing consumption challenges, referring friends, or signing up for the first time – will continue to award the usual number of points according to their own specific terms.

 

When the points will be credited

We’ll walk you through the timelines and deadlines so you can enjoy your savings as soon as they become available.

Calculation date

The number of points eligible for the x3 multiplier will be calculated during the period between 15 April and 14 May.

When the savings can be applied to your bill

Between May and June, each PARA TI customer will be able to redeem a guaranteed minimum €5 voucher. 

Where to check your points balance

You can stay up to date with your points balance in the Endesa Clientes app. Checking it is very easy:

  1.  Open the app and select the PARA TI section.

  1. Go to the ‘My points’ section to see the details of each transaction.

You can also check your balance on the website through your Customer Area, a space where everything is organised, always at hand, and documents are safe from getting lost in a junk drawer at home.

 

FAQ

Do I need to activate anything to take part?

If you are already a member of the PARA TI programme, you don’t need to do anything else. The promotion will be applied automatically.

If you’re not yet a member, simply sign up before 14 April. Just remember to activate digital billing to earn more points.

Does the promotion apply to all my contracts?

Yes. Once you join the programme, all your electricity and gas contracts will generate points, and all of them will be multiplied x3 during the campaign period.

What if I already have digital billing activated?

Your digital billing points will also be multiplied under the promotion. Our system will recognise that you are a digital user and reward you with triple points when the time comes.

When does the promotion end?

On 14 May. Moreover, the deadline to join the PARA TI programme and benefit from the x3 boost is 14 April.

Where can I check my points balance?

In your Endesa Clientes app, within the PARA TI section. You can also check your balance in the Customer Area on endesa.com. Remember, you can use your points to get direct discounts on your bills or benefits with partner companies.
