Benefits of combining bills

The advantages of signing up for Orange and Endesa are not available separately:

• Discount of up to €6 per month: by signing up for an Orange package that includes fibre, mobile, and TV, the user receives a discount of up to €6 per month on their electricity or gas bill. This saving is applied on a recurring basis, month after month, as long as both services remain active, resulting in total savings of €72 per year.
• PARA TI welcome gift: now, in addition, each user gets a €50 gift in PARA TI points, which can be used to reduce their electricity and gas bills.

Requirements to access the offer

To benefit from the Orange with Endesa offer, it is essential to meet a series of requirements:

• Be an Endesa customer in the free market, with either an electricity or gas contract. If you are not yet a customer, you can choose an energy tariff that suits your needs to access the Orange offer afterwards.
• Included Orange plans: the offer is aimed at contracting specific plans that include fibre and mobile, with the option to add TV with football, series, films… there is a plan for every type of household.
• Sign up through Endesa: in order to apply the benefits, Orange must be contracted through Endesa, and they cannot be applied to standard sign-ups made directly with the operator.

How to sign up for Orange as an Endesa customer

If you are not yet an Endesa customer, the first step is to sign up for the electricity or gas tariff that suits you.

2. Registration or porting request: once the tariff is chosen, the contracting process begins. If you already have a mobile with another operator, Orange will manage the portability automatically, keeping your existing number.

3. Installation without interruptions: we will coordinate the fibre installation at your home to avoid any disruption to your connection.

Steps to receive your €50 in PARA TI points

To receive this welcome gift, you must follow these steps:

1. Be registered in the PARA TI programme: if you have not done so yet, access the Endesa Customer Area or download the app and sign up for the PARA TI programme.
2. Once inside, go to the "Earn Points" section and look for "Promotional Codes".
3. Enter the code ENDESAFIBRA26 during the first month after contracting fibre.
4. Once the fibre service is active, you will receive 5,000 points (equivalent to €50) which you can use to reduce your upcoming electricity or gas bills.

Where and when the benefit is applied (and how to check it)

The €6 monthly discount is applied directly to your Endesa energy bill. It should appear automatically.

This benefit is valid throughout Spain, although there are slight variations for residents in the Canary Islands. In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, where VAT applies, the final discount is exactly €6. In the Canary Islands, where IGIC applies, the final discount is approximately €5 per month.

Do I need to modify my electrical installation?

A common question among customers is whether contracting this type of offer requires any modification to the home's electrical panel. The answer is very simple: No. Despite the fibre installation, the electrical infrastructure remains unchanged.

The RCD and circuit breakers, which are the safety devices in your electrical panel responsible for protecting the installation, are not affected at all by activating the Orange promotion.
