5,000 points for you and 5,000 for your friend: with Refer a Friend, everyone wins

If you were already familiar with our previous rewards programme, Recommend and Save, you will find Refer a Friend even more exciting.

First, we've increased the rewards from 3,000 to 5,000 PARA TI points, which means going from €30 for every new customer to €50 to save on your electricity or gas bill, or to enjoy your points on any other offer from the partner brands of the Endesa PARA TI programme.

What's more, you can now refer up to 10 friends, meaning your 5,000 reward points can be multiplied by up to 10. That is 50,000 points waiting for you, equivalent to a total of €500.

What is more, every friend or family member who signs up for one of Endesa's tariffs will also receive 5,000 points, thanks to your referral. An excellent way to start enjoying their new contract with immediate benefits.

And, as if that weren't enough, the Refer a Friend programme is fully compatible and stackable with any other benefits and promotional codes the new customer might be eligible for when signing their contract.

As an Endesa customer, what do you need to do to refer someone?

Step 1. Log into Endesa PARA TI from the Endesa Clientes app or from the Customer Area tab on the website. If you haven't registered yet, do so before taking part in the programme.

Step 2. Tap on 'Earn points' and then click on 'Refer a Friend'. A personal code/link will appear that will identify your referral when the new customer sets up their contract.

Step 3. Send this personal code/link to the people you want to enjoy the promotion. You can do this via any channel: email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. The important thing is that they use it when setting up their Endesa account, so we know you sent them.

What do your friends need to do to activate the code?

Step 1. For everyone to enjoy their rewards, your friends must access the Endesa sign-up page by clicking the link that comes with the code you sent them.

Step 2.  Once their contract is finalised, they'll need to register for Endesa PARA TI, either from the Endesa Clientes app or via the 'Customer Area' button on endesa.com.

Step 3. Next, they must tap on 'Earn points' and click on 'Promotional codes'. There, they will be able to validate the code you sent them.

Remember: The code expires 30 days after the contract activation date, so they need to validate it as soon as possible to ensure you don't lose your 5,000 Refer a Friend points.

3 requirements for taking part in Refer a Friend

There are three conditions it is important to know before sending your Refer a Friend code to a future Endesa customer:

1. They must not have had any type of contract with Endesa in the last 12 months.

2. They must activate the code within 30 days of the contract date.

3. Each new customer can only validate one Refer a Friend code when setting up their contract. However, this promotion can be stacked with any other new customer discount code they may have available.

When you receive the Refer a Friend points and how to use them on your Endesa bill

Both your 5,000 points and your friend's 5,000 points are automatically added to your Endesa PARA TI balances once your friend's contract is active and the code you sent them has been validated.

To enjoy them as a discount on your bills, simply choose which bill to apply the points to.

Bear in mind that only one Refer a Friend coupon can be applied per current bill. If you refer more than one new customer at the same time, you can spread the rewards across multiple bills.

FAQs about the Endesa Refer a Friend programme

When does the Refer a Friend code expire?

30 days from the moment your friend finalises their contract and activates the code in Endesa PARA TI. It's important to do this before those 30 days are up, because once that time has passed, neither of you will be able to receive the 5,000 points.

Can my friend participate if they were an Endesa customer less than a year ago?

No. If they have already been a customer, at least 12 months must have passed since the end date of their previous Endesa contract.

Is the €50 a direct discount on the bill?

Although this was the case in previous reward schemes, the €50 equivalent to 5,000 PARA TI points is no longer an automatic discount. You must redeem them as a discount through the PARA TI programme, either from the Endesa Clientes app or via the Customer Area on endesa.com. The advantage is that they can be added to any other points you have accumulated in PARA TI, giving you even greater benefits.

How many friends can I invite with Refer a Friend?

Friends, family members, acquaintances... You can invite up to 10 people to enjoy the benefits of Refer a Friend, allowing you to build up a reward of up to €500 in total.

Is Refer a Friend compatible with other promotions?

Yes. The points earned with Refer a Friend can be combined with other new contract promotions and other valid promotional codes, allowing you to stack up even more benefits.
