With Endesa's Única Tariff, you will have a stable, personalised electricity and/or gas tariff, based on your consumption habits, so that you pay the same every month during your annual contract, regardless of the time of day you use it.

If your energy consumption is more than 30% of what we have calculated for your annual consumption, we will contact you to recalculate your fee according to your new needs.

FAQS

How does the price of my Única contract evolve?

The price may be updated on 1 January of each year with the value of the real CPI (last general interannual Consumer Price Index officially published at the time of the update), as well as by the variations suffered by the current regulated components applicable to electricity supplies and with any possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.

 

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website (https://www.ine.es/). The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

 

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider.

In addition, it is also possible that the price may be revised after the initial commitment period of the contract. If there are any changes, we will notify you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract without penalty, as well as switch to another Endesa tariff or to any other company at any time.

How long is the duration of the Única tariff contract?

The Única Tariff contract has a duration of one year, automatically renewable. 

Can I subscribe to Endesa's Única Luz if I am already a customer?

You can subscribe to Endesa's Única Luz tariff regardless of whether you are already an Endesa customer or not. If you are already an Endesa customer, you can switch to the Única tariff. If not, you can change providers and sign up. In either case, we will reimburse you the value of a fee through the PARA TI loyalty programme.

How do I get the Endesa offer?

If you’re a new Endesa customer, you can get €100 (equivalent to 10,000 PARA TI points) for signing up for electricity, €60 (equivalent to 6,000 points) for signing up for gas, and €160 for signing up for electricity and gas. If you have other properties with contracts from a different provider, you can also sign them up with Endesa and take advantage of this promotion.

How do I receive my Endesa promo reward?

All you need to do is switch to Endesa. You’ll receive your reward as points in the PARA TI programme, which you can redeem monthly for bill discounts.

PARA TI is Endesa’s loyalty programme, where you’ll also find benefits from partner brands and access to exclusive draws. Register within 1 month of activating your supply to take advantage of the offer.

How do I validate my Endesa promo code?

Once your contract is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your reward promo code and instructions on how to validate it. You’ll need to enter this code in the ‘Promotional codes’ section under ‘Earn points’ in the PARA TI programme. Don’t forget to download the Endesa Clientes app and register for the PARA TI programme.

How can I redeem my reward on my bill?

Once your code is validated in the PARA TI programme, your points will be added to your wallet. You can redeem your points monthly in the ‘Redeem points’ section. From there, select the voucher (only one at a time, from those available) with the discount you want to apply to your next bill (up to €20/month). You can apply it to any of your active contracts.

Do I have a permanence obligation if I contract Única? 

If you sign up online at www.endesa.com, there are no penalties if you decide to leave. If you sign up through another channel, we may offer additional benefits in exchange for a minimum commitment. we’ll let you know if that’s the case. If you accept, and leave before the end of the first year, the penalty is 5% of the estimated remaining billing. The estimated outstanding charges will be calculated by multiplying the contract price without discounts at the time of termination by the estimated outstanding energy until the end of the first year of the contract. 

I have a self-consumption tariff, can I sign up for this tariff?

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa the Endesa Solar, which is designed especially for you, is available.
