- ✔ Servicing: your air conditioning and gas boiler (or heater) will be serviced once per year.

Única Premium Air
With Endesa's Única, you enjoy the Única Premium Air service, which includes:
- Annual review of the air conditioning in your home.
- You will benefit from unlimited repairs to your electrical and air conditioning systems.
- Includes an annual repair on any of your white goods and two electrical handyman service visits of three hours each (installation and fitting of lamps and wall and ceiling lights, replacement of light switches and sockets, replacement of light fittings, replacement of doorbells, and installation of halogen lights in false plaster ceilings).
- An annual repair of your electric water heater.
- Payment protection insurance: protect yourself against possible financial difficulties. The insurance company Quantum Leben guarantees immediate payment of your electricity and gas bills in the event of loss of employment, hospitalisation, or death/disability due to an accident.
Única Premium Gas
With Endesa's Única, you enjoy the Única Premium Gas service, which includes:
- Annual check of your gas installation, boiler or heater, and heating system in your home.
- You will benefit from unlimited repairs to your gas installation, boiler or heater, and heating system.
- Payment protection insurance: protect yourself against possible financial difficulties. The insurance company Quantum Leben guarantees immediate payment of your electricity and gas bills in the event of loss of employment, hospitalisation, or death/disability due to an accident.

The most common breakdowns involve switchboards, light switches and plugs.
If you are left without electricity in your home or have no electricity supply to your fridge, and the incident is not the fault of the distributor, a engineer will visit your home in less than 3 hours.
For the electrical installation there is no mandatory servicing as such, since safety is guaranteed with the Electrical Bulletin or C.I.E. For the rest of your energy devices, the different regulations establish the following deadlines:
- Gas installation (the meter, pipes, valves and rubber tubes, etc.): Every 5 years.
- Gas boiler: Every 2 years.
- Gas heater: Every 5 years.
- Air conditioning: Every 4 years.
The Única Premium service that you can include in your Endesa Única tariff includes all the services as well as unlimited repairs for the gas, boiler and heater installations, as well as the air conditioning and the heating system.
