Protección 360 for your electricity and gas
With Endesa Única you enjoy a Protección 360 service, including:
- 2 repairs per year in your electricity/gas installation: If the breakdown is urgent, in a maximum of 3 hours an Endesa technician will come to your home to repair it. This includes travel and the first 3 hours of labour. In the rare event that more than 3 hours of labour and/or parts are required to repair the breakdown, the technician will provide you with a competitive budget without commitment.
- Payment protection insurance: protect yourself against potential financial difficulties. The insurance company Quantum Leben guarantees the most urgent payments of your electricity and gas bills in the event of unemployment, hospitalisation or death or disability due to an accident.
- 24 hours a day, every day of the year: Call us if you have a problem and we will take care of everything.
Hogar Plus Servicing
With Endesa Única there are additional advantages. In addition to Protección 360, you can choose to include any of the following, depending on your circumstances:
- Annual servicing of your home's air conditioning.
- Annual servicing of your home's gas, boiler or heater installation and heating system.
But above all you will enjoy unlimited repairs of the electrical installation and air conditioning, and the gas, boiler and heater installation and heating system.
And you can request the repair of a domestic appliance and your electric boiler once a year. Twice a year, you can request the services of an electrician, for 3 hours each time, to install lights, change plugs and switches, etc.
FAQs

The most common breakdowns involve switchboards, light switches and plugs.
If you are left without electricity in your home or have no electricity supply to your fridge, and the incident is not the fault of the distributor, a Protección Luz 360 engineer will visit your home in less than 3 hours.
For the electrical installation there is no mandatory servicing as such, since safety is guaranteed with the Electrical Bulletin or C.I.E. For the rest of your energy devices, the different regulations establish the following deadlines:
- Gas installation (the meter, pipes, valves and rubber tubes, etc.): Every 5 years.
- Gas boiler: Every 2 years.
- Gas heater: Every 5 years.
- Air conditioning: Every 4 years.
The Hogar Plus service that you can include in your Endesa Única tariff includes all the services as well as unlimited repairs for the gas, boiler and heater installations, as well as the air conditioning and the heating system.
