Induforum

Last 2-3 April the job fair Induforum was held which was organised by and for students of the Advanced Technical Faculty of Industrial Engineers of Madrid Polytechnic University, whose main aim is to connect this university’s students with the most state-of-the-art companies.

This fair is an inevitable event in Endesa’s diary with its firm intent to invest in young talent, whereby as every year, the company manned a stand visited by hundreds of students mainly interested in work experience and bursary opportunities for new graduates.

Sustainable Mobility was the topic tackled during the talk that Endesa gave in Room D of the University and which was attended, apart from members of People & Organisation, who opened and closed the event, by a colleague from Enel X Alvaro Borja, who explained to all attendees which projects Endesa is carrying out from the E-mobility area. There was also an event with participation of the UPM Rancing team, who took part in the Formula Student  challenge and who described the challenge entailed this year by the change of design and construction of Formula One from combustion to electric.

Induforum 2019 was attended by multiple students who made their talent available to the companies in attendance and especially Endesa. Students were especially interested in our company as the place to launch and develop their professional career.
