Empleo contiGO, virtual job and training fair

The Madrid City Council Employment Agency is organising #Empleo contiGO , a virtual job and training fair that aims to imagine the future of employment and revive the job market after the  Covid-19 health crisis.

In the fair's virtual space, attendees will be able to find the stands of collaborating companies and entities such as Endesa, which will provide information on their job vacancies, hiring profiles and opportunities for professional transformation for people of all ages.

Our talent attraction team will be present at a virtual stand where visitors will be able to consult information on Endesa, see our job vacancies and chat with team members.

In addition, the participants in the fair will find several conference rooms aimed at different profiles in search of employment:

• Youth Room, where you will be able to talk about the options that exist for joining the world of work. At 12.20 p.m., our Talent Attraction Product Owner, Luisa Villarta, will present the scholarship plan we offer to young workers here.
• Change Room: where the opportunities for people affected by ERES or ERTES notices to take charge of their professional career will be discussed.
• Senior Talent Room: focused on the value of experience and on ways to extend a worker's professional life. At 3.20 p.m. we will present our SAVIA initiative in this room, which is aimed at improving the visibility and employability of senior talent.
