SWING Program

Our SWING programme opens the doors at Endesa, where you will have many opportunities to fulfil a professional role within the company.

Additionally, you will complete a Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics, from the Camilo José Cela University fully funded by Endesa, which will grant you 120 ECTS credits and a degree from the Camilo José Cela University.

Other features of the SWING Programme:

  • It includes study assistance and membership of the social security system.
  • The duration of the programme is 12 months. 
  • Blended telepractice.
