Agrosingularity
Currently more than 40% of the food produced fresh (fruits and vegetables) is thrown away. The equivalent in weight of what is thrown away per year would be, more or less, 1,700,000 cars and this only in Spain.
From its Hub located in Murcia, Agrosingularity transforms in a local way the waste of the agro-industry into powder with high nutritional value and then incorporates it as an ingredient in the production of other foods, thus returning them to the market, avoiding the emission of greenhouse gases. which are produced by the decomposition of plants.
Daniel Andreu, Juanfran Abad and Luis Rubio, three restless entrepreneurs who came together to create a project that will solve the problem of fresh food waste, creating a positive impact and greater value, what to do with the waste from food production that ends up being thrown away , when hunger is a problem worldwide.
