Within the framework of a historical agreement reached with the Spanish Basketball Federation, Endesa is increasing its commitment to Spanish basketball by sponsoring the final stretch of the Liga Femenina 1 2016-17 season: the semi-final playoffs and the grand final. Endesa’s commitment to basketball is based on it being a sport that represents teamwork, intelligence, self-improvement and sportsmanship; attributes with which the companies identifies.
Endesa’s commitment to basketball has enabled the company to become one of the most important sponsors of sporting events in Spain. A commitment to basketball, which led Endesa to become a partner of the FEB and the National Team in 2012, when a relationship was established that has done nothing but grow since then; the 2014 World Cup, activities within the Universo Mujer programme, which promotes women's basketball in Spain, the final phase of the Copa de la Reina, held last February in Girona, the recent Endesa 2017 Mini-basketball Championships of Spain and now the Liga Femenina 1 semi-final series and the grand final.

All the Liga Femenina 1 semi-final games and the final will be broadcast live during prime time by Teledeporte, with the agreement reached weeks ago by the Spanish Basketball Federation and RTVE.
