Reactivating the job market after the serious Covid-19 health crisis. This is the mission of #EmpleocontiGO, the first virtual job and training fair organised by the Madrid City Council Employment Agency, in which Endesa will participate.
The online fair will take place from 09.00 to 17.00 tomorrow and aims to envision the future of employment, analysing job opportunities in the Madrid business community and assisting people of all ages in professional transformation processes.
In this virtual space, attendees will find stands set up by companies and collaborating organisations such as Endesa, with job boards and information on hiring profiles.
Webinars will also be held in the #Colabora, #Mejora and #Haz Rooms ( see programme ) to analyse the changes affecting the job market after the Covid-19 crisis. There will be simultaneous conversations to train and inspire future employees in the rooms, where each speaker will have 15 minutes to share a professionally inspired experience classified by professional activities.
Participants will also find several conference rooms aimed at different job search profiles:
SALA Joven, featuring a talk about the existing options to join the job market. Endesa will present the scholarship plan it offers for young people (12.00 to 12.40.).
SALA Cambio: where the opportunities for people on ERES or ERTES schemes to embark on a professional career will be discussed.
SALA Talento Senior: where experience is valued, lengthening professional life. Endesa, through its Foundation, will talk about the SAVIA initiative , which aims to boost the visibility and employability of senior talent ( 15.20 to 15.40).
Participants wishing to take part in the "Empleo Contigo" job fair must register in advance at this website :https://empleo.conti-go.com/
Employment and diversity
Endesa promotes employee diversity and profiles in all aspects, one of the variables being generational diversity. The company already has excellent employees who contribute their experience and know-how over the years, and who have helped to make it the leading company that it is today. Endesa also welcomes young people who create and share the company's vision, young people who are willing to change the ways of working, of producing, distributing and marketing energy in a more sustainable, efficient and digital way. Endesa believes that together we can achieve a better planet and it believes in young talent as a key factor in achieving this change.
With the objective of attracting this young talent , Endesa is participating in several virtual job fairs like the one organised by Madrid City Council, where it has a stand that visitors can access to learn about the company, apply for vacancies and connect with company employees to share information and ask about current projects and selection processes.
