Following the success of the first edition of the Basket Lover Schools Competition, which attracted over 60,000 pupils across Spain, the Spanish Basketball Federation and Endesa have announced a new competition aimed at 8 to 12 year olds who are passionate about basketball. In this second edition, participants will be asked to send in a drawing of the innovation applied to the world of basketball.

Those schools wishing to take part can sign up at www.colegiosbasketlover.com and invited their pupils to take part in teams of up to 5 people. Each school will choose its representative who will compete against other centres before a jury of experts from the Spanish Basketball Federation and Endesa, selects the 10 best projects which will then be voted for online.
The winning school will receive Euro 3,000 worth of sports equipment and each pupil who took part will receive a tablet. The two finalists will receive Euro 2,000 and Euro 1,000 worth of sports equipment respectively and different gifts for each participating pupil.
