How does it work and what are the advantages of Única?
If you take advantage of fixed tariffs for other services such as the internet or your mobile phone, you have probably seen the typical fixed instalment no matter what you consume. What you have probably never seen is that if you consume less, you get money back.
With Única, not only do you pay the same, but if you consume less and meet the challenge, you pay less. There are many advantages to signing up for it, but we are going to summarise the most striking ones:
You have a fixed, personalised instalment
When you sign up for Única, we calculate an instalment designed just for you, based on your energy consumption history and the services you need.
That fixed instalment will be the same, month after month, whatever you consume, but it may be even less. In other words, whatever happens from January to December, you will never pay a penny more than the amount of that instalment.
The energy is 100% obtained from renewable sources.
All the energy you consume comes from 100% renewable energy sources. You will not have to worry about whether you are doing the right thing, as you are guaranteed that your energy will be clean and you will be doing your bit for the environment.
Pay even less with the Challenge Plan and energy efficiency
If you are efficient, you pay even less. We have talked about your personalised fixed instalment, but at Endesa we are looking to have more tools every day to make energy use more efficient. We want you to have more knowledge to keep taking advantage of it, but saving on consumption and, above all, protecting the environment.
That is why, as an Única by Endesa customer, you will have access to the Challenge Plan, with which you will receive electricity and/or gas challenges, by email, that will suggest you reduce your energy expenditure.
If you manage to do it, these savings will be reflected in your next instalment, with a direct discount.
