In the effort to be more efficient, everything counts. That's why Endesa makes it easy for you with energy efficiency initiatives that will make you save. Finally, a company rewards you for consuming less: for every kWh you save, we offer you another one* for free, meaning that everything counts... twice as much.
How does the We Reward your Efficiency promotion work?
We Reward your Efficiency is a 100% digital initiative that ensures that the effort to reduce your consumption really counts. To this end, we will offer you a challenge: during each calendar quarter of 2023, for each kWh by which you reduce your reference consumption, we will deduct another one* from your bill.
The quarterly challenges are:
- Spring challenge: April, May and June 2023.
- Summer challenge: July, August and September 2023.
- Autumn challenge: October, November and December 2023.

How can I take part?
To take part you must:
- Be a residential electricity customer of Endesa Energía. If you are not yet one, click here.
- Have contracted power of less than 15 kW.
- Have a contract for any electricity tariff except Única*.
*Endesa Única has its own exclusive challenges and rewards plan. So if you have Única, you already have this advantage forever.
How can I register?
It is a 100% digital initiative, so once your contract has been activated, signing up is very simple.
- Log in to your customer area. If you are not registered yet, click here.
- If you satisfy the conditions to participate, when you log in you will see a pink card on the Home screen with information about the challenges. Click on the "Register now!".
- You will access the page from where you can sign up. Most of your details have already been filled in. Confirm that they are correct, complete the form and click on “Request registration”.
- Finally, once we have validated your data, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your registration and you can start taking part in the challenge!
And how can I follow the progress of my challenge?
If you have any doubts or queries, you must access your Customer Area.
When you access your Customer Area, select the contract on which you wish to check the progress of your challenge.

What happens when the challenge ends?
Once the challenge is over, we will let you know whether or not you have managed to reduce your consumption.
If you have managed to reduce your consumption, we will let you know about the bonus obtained. You will see this discount on the next bill we sent once we have informed you of the outcome with the concept "Saldo a tu favor".

If you cannot register at the top of your Customer Area, it may be because you do not satisfy the conditions to participate or we do not have enough consumption history for you to participate with that contract. If you have more than one electricity contract, you can try participating with the other contracts.

Yes, this initiative is available for all eligible supplies. In order to enjoy its advantages, you will have to register each of the supplies with which you wish to take part.
It will initially run throughout 2023. In the event that it is extended, Endesa will make a specific announcement to this effect.
There's no need to worry if you sign up late for the challenge! We'll try to get you involved anyway, but if you're too late, we'll let you know the start date of the next quarterly challenge so you don't forget.
Once you have made your request, we will check that you satisfy the requirements and that we have enough information. If everything is in order, we will inform you in a few days when your first objective begins. Go for it!
It does not matter since we can access the consumption data shared by the Distributors with the Suppliers from the previous year. If there was no consumption to participate in the current challenge, for example, because it is a new house, you will take part in the next challenge in which we can compare your consumption.
It is the consumption you have to beat, you should try to reduce your consumption with respect to this figure. It is calculated by taking your consumption the same period of the year prior to the start of your first challenge.

If your consumption is higher than the reference consumption, we will not penalise you in any way. You simply won't have achieved the minimum target to receive the bonus. We will encourage you to achieve it in the next challenge!
The amount of the bonus is calculated by multiplying the savings in kWh you have achieved during the quarter in which you have been part of the challenge, by the average energy price you paid on your bill prior to the start of the challenge. If you have not been billed prior to the challenge, we will discount each kWh to €0.15.
Once the target calendar quarter target of the challenge has ended, at Endesa we analyse the consumption for the current year and the previous year. If you have achieved savings you will see these reflected in your next bill. Typically, it is in the next bill, but depending on the cycle it could be the second bill since the end of the quarterly challenge.
