- Over 1 million customers are set to benefit from the best offers on energy and telecommunications products and services.
- Thanks to this agreement, Endesa will offer the most advanced telecommunications services from MasOrange brands to its more than 7 million unregulated-market customers, providing them with access to a comprehensive solution for all their communication needs through Spain's best and most advanced fibre and 5G networks. In turn, MasOrange will be able to offer Endesa's energy products and services to its more than 30 million users.
- Endesa will also acquire MasOrange's digital energy supplier, the company Energía Colectiva, which currently has over 350,000 customers.
- The agreement is subject to prior approval by the competition authority.
Endesa, one of the leading electricity companies in the Iberian market, and MasOrange, Spain's leading operator by number of customers, have reached an agreement to offer energy and telecommunications services in Spain.
Both companies estimate that this agreement could result in offers benefiting more than 1 million customers, who will be able to access personalised deals and high-value-added services, enjoying the best commercial proposals in energy and telecommunications, all for the benefit of the end customers.

With more than 30 million users, a network of over 1,500 exclusive stores—the largest in the Spanish telco sector—and its digital channels, MasOrange offers a significant technological platform for energy distribution.
In turn, Endesa will partner with MasOrange to offer telecommunications services to Endesa's more than 7 million open-market customers. MasOrange brings a robust and sustainable technological infrastructure—thanks to the use of technologies with lower energy consumption like 5G—a highly digitalised customer base, and a shared vision of innovation and sustainability.
Together, both companies can offer combined solutions that respond to new consumer demands: efficiency, simplicity, and savings.
Acquisition
To achieve the objectives described, Endesa, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Endesa Energía S.A.U, will acquire from the MasOrange group company 'XFERA MÓVILES, S.A.' the entire share capital of MasOrange's digital energy supplier, Energía Colectiva S.L., which possesses the most advanced digital and technological capabilities in the market and has more than 350,000 electricity and gas customers.The agreed price is approximately €90 million, subject to customary adjustments for this type of transaction.
The closing of the entire transaction is subject to prior approval by the competition authority.
