Michela Mossini

Career Path

Her career began in 1993 at Enel, in the Human Resources Department, before moving on to Audit, Planning and Control (Wind, Terna and Enel Distribuzione).

In 2001, she joined Telecom Italia, where she performed various functions at the Finance and Administration Control Department, with increasing levels of responsibility, serving as Head of Commercial Control, Head of Group Planning and Control, and CFO of Telecom Italia Sparkle Group (a company wholly owned by TIM).

She also has been a non-executive director at various companies, including Daphne 3 S.p.A (holding company), TCC-Telecontact (customer service), Persidera (media), Noovle (data center) and TIM Participações S.A, one of the leading telecoms operators in Brazil and listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Current Position

In 2023 she joined the ENEL Group as Head of the CEO Office and Strategy.

Training

Degree cum laude in Economics and Business Administration from the Università degli studi di Roma “La Sapienza”.
