Professional Experience
Since January 2024, she has held the position of Head of B2C at Enel Commercial, where she directs the integrated B2C marketing strategy at a global and local level in Italy, covering commercial offer design, the development of acquisition models, the definition of Customer Value Management strategies, and the evolution of digital channels and customer base management for the Enel Group.
Previously, she developed an extensive career at listed company Telecom Italia S.p.A., where she exercised roles of increasing responsibility for over twenty years, especially in the areas of marketing, commercial management, and data governance. Among other positions, she was:
- Head of the Kena Mobile business unit, TIM's second operator (2022).
- Head of Data Governance and Planning (2021).
- Head of Consumer CVM Marketing (2020).
- Head of Consumer Mobile Marketing (2017–2019).
- Head of Consumer Offerings and Marketing (2009–2016).
Her track record at Telecom Italia includes responsibilities regarding commercial policies, portfolio definition, pricing policies, loyalty and retention strategies, and P&L management of business units, cementing solid experience in highly competitive and customer-oriented markets.
Before joining the telecommunications sector, she worked as Area Commercial Manager and Head of Service Quality at Ford S.p.A. (1997–2000).
Current position
