"COP25. Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions through Carbon Pricing: Recent Research, Analysis, and Experience" (Official side-event)". The speakers will present recent research and analysis of the carbon pricing policy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The panel will pay attention to the experience and perspectives in South America and the emerging national system of China. Presentation by Simone Mori, Head of Europe and Euro-Mediterranean Affairs at Enel.

Conference "Electro-mobility and Climate Change". Organized by AELEC - ANFAC - SERNAUTO and opened by Ms. Reyes Maroto - Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. "Energy Day by Government of Chile". With the presence and participation of the CEO of the Enel Group, Francesco Starace, the event will focus on a review of renewable energy and energy storage.

"Decarbonization on the Islands". Juanjo Alba, Endesa Regulation Director, will present the company's decarbonization plan. In addition, there will be presentations by the governments of the Balearic and Canary Islands and the European Commission. A panel discussion, to be attended by the Vice President of the Balearic Government and Energy Transition Minister, Juan Pedro Yllanes, and José Antonio Valbuena, the Minister for Ecological Transition, the Fight against Climate Change and Territorial Planning of the Government of the Canary Islands, as well as his Deputy Minister. For the fourth consecutive year, startups across Europe have nominated the most active companies in open innovation as part of the Corporate Startup Stars Awards. During the event, the new ranking presented on Tuesday 10 December will be announced during this day, organized by Mind the Bridge at the Madrid Stock Exchange.

"WBCSD Business Day": The Endesa Auditorium will host the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, an event within the framework of COP25 that will unite the most highly ranking business leaders and regulatory representatives to work on the definition of key solutions to achieve the ambitious Zero Emissions figure at global level. It will have the participation of Francesco Starace, CEO of Enel, at the opening, and the closing thereof will be taken care of by José Bogas, CEO of Endesa. Prominent among the speakers will be the president of the COP. It will be attended by the Minister for Energy Transition, Teresa Ribera; the CEO of Endesa, José Bogas and the general director of Administration, Finance and Control of the Enel Group.

"High-Level Meeting of Caring for Climate". Organized by the United Nations Global Compact, the meeting will allow senior executives, civil society, the United Nations and governments to identify the key action levers needed to accelerate low carbon development. The host organization is the Italian Ministry of the Environment and the meeting will include a presentation by Francesco Starace, CEO of the Enel Group.

"Catalyzing the Energy Transition through Smarter Digital Power Infrastructure". Organized by the Italian Ministry of the Environment. The event, focused on smart grids and the initiative of the Italian government backed by Enel launched at the UN Climate Summit in the context of the Energy Efficiency Initiative of 3% of the IEA, will include a speech by Francesco Starace, CEO of Enel.

Panel discussion to be chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development, Carmen Crespo, within the COP25 program, with the participation of the Minister and three companies prominent for their contribution to the fight against climate change in Andalusia (Endesa, Hidralia and Cosentino). The approximate duration is 45 minutes. Participating will be Francisco Arteaga, general director of Endesa in Andalusia, with a presentation on the Endesa Forest projects, eCity Sevilla, decarbonization process and the 100% renewable Redeja contract.

Participating, will be Maurizio Bezzeccheri (TBC), director for Latin America of the Enel Group.

"Side Event. Circular Economy". Event focused on the mitigation of climate change, the circular economy and the financing of the circular economy. Luca Meini, director of the Circular Economy at Enel, will present Enel's vision of the circular economy in cities. Participating, will be Luca Meini, Enel Head of Circular Economy.

"Just Transition (Global and National focus)": Official COP25 event. Organized by Endesa and Enel, this event will focus on the social dimension of the energy transition, with specific reference to employment (conversion of jobs related to fossil fuels into "green" jobs) and the reclassification of industrial sites necessitated by the progressive elimination of coal. Speakers from MITECO, WWF, CEOE, Fundación Conama and Enel, among others, will participate. On behalf of Endesa, we will have the presence of Inmaculada Fiteni, Head of CSV and Sustainability, and José Casas, director of Institutional Relations and Regulation.

"Presentation of the RELUCE project". Virginia Ocio, Head of circular economy in Endesa's general sustainability division, will talk about this project that aims to encourage efficient energy consumption and control of household spending in vulnerable families through an electricity prepayment system.

“Side Event within Transport Day by Gov. of Chile - Generators of Chile (AG)”. This event will present the scope of work of the ITF (International Federation of Transport Workers) in five priority areas, which are: digitization, universal access, decarbonization, connectivity and safety in all modes of passenger and cargo transport. The results of the ITF transport decarbonization initiative will also be highlighted. The event will feature a presentation by Simone Tripepi, CEO of Enel X South America.

“Electrification, the key against climate change”. The energy transition process necessary to achieve neutrality in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 must encourage new electrical uses based on renewable energy. "Energy Action Day at COP25. "Mind the Gap: Superando Barreras a una vía de 1.5 ° C". Regulatory frameworks that are aligned with a 1.5°C pathway will be discussed, and examples of policies, technology, finance and business models that bring together stakeholders from the entire energy value chain will be shared. Guest speaker: Mariano Morazzo, Head of Climate Change and Renewable Energy Policies at Enel.
