Red kite released in Extremadura

Endesa, through its renewable energy subsidiary Enel Green Power España, in collaboration with AMUS (Action for Wild World), has carried out an ambitious conservation programme focused on two iconic bird species of the Iberian Peninsula’s biodiversity: the red kite and the Montagu’s harrier. Both species are essential to maintaining the ecological balance of their habitats and have suffered significant population decline.
