Endesa Mobility is the perfect opportunity to save on your energy bill by signing up for a combined electricity and Waybox home charger package. And there’s no minimum contract period!
The Endesa Mobility offer consists of 3 packages tailored to you and your needs:
All packages include a 3-year warranty and offer an alternative option for three-phase installations.
The following items are excluded and will be quoted and invoiced directly by the installer:
Civil works:
Power balancing is a function that helps you charge your electric car at the maximum available power without tripping the circuit breakers due to other appliances running in your home. Your WayBox automatically adjusts its charging power to avoid exceeding your home's contracted limit while charging. This helps manage charging costs effectively and ensures the charger operates reliably without causing power issues. To use this functionality, a special device called a WayMeter needs to be installed on the meter. This is included in the Single-Family Plus and Communal packages or can be contracted as an extra for the Single-Family Basic package.
Example: If your contracted power is 6 kW and your household is consuming 1 kW, the WayBox will charge at 5 kW. If household consumption increases to 3 kW, the WayBox will reduce charging power to 3 kW accordingly.
To install an electric vehicle charging point, a 230/400 VAC power supply with grounding must be available, along with a general control and safety panel, and a metering device.
If there is no existing electricity supply point, you must request a new one from the local electricity supply company. To do this, you need to contact the supplier responsible for your area.
Each supplier defines its own procedure to follow. Once you have submitted the request, the supplier will send you the quote. Usually, no major electrical grid upgrades will be necessary, so you will only need to cover the costs of the new connection, which for a power capacity of 9.2 kW is approximately €350 plus VAT. However, sometimes the supplier may need to carry out additional work, for which they will provide a separate estimate. You can then decide whether to proceed or not.
If, after the purchase process is finalised, the installer visits your home and determines that installing a charging point is not feasible due to technical reasons beyond the buyer’s control, the order will be cancelled and any amount already paid for the installation of the charging point will be refunded.
If there is no 3G/4G mobile or Wi-Fi signal where you install your WayBox, you will not be able to use the app to control the unit or monitor your charging. The technician will check the coverage and explore alternatives with external devices. If there is still insufficient coverage with these devices, they will configure the charger in the most suitable mode for the WayBox to function, using Connect & Charge or Unlock to Charge, or using only the RFID card.
According to Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on Horizontal Property, Article 17, point 5: ‘The installation of an electric vehicle charging point for private use in the building’s parking area, provided it is located in an individual parking space, will only require prior notification to the homeowners’ association.
The cost of the installation and the electricity consumed shall be paid entirely by the interested party or parties.’ Therefore, you only need to inform your homeowners’ association and/or property manager that a charging unit will be installed in the parking space.
If this procedure is required, Endesa X will provide a template letter.
If you are renting your car’s parking space, you too can install a charging unit, but first of all you must ask the owner of the space for permission. We recommend that you obtain written and signed authorisation from the owner, to avoid problems later on. This authorisation can also be attached to the notification of the installation we mentioned previously.
If this procedure is required, Endesa X will provide a template letter.
If your parking space is held under a concession agreement and the concessionaire has established a specific protocol, you must comply with the provisions of that protocol. For example, this is the case of residents of Madrid whose parking spaces are a municipal concession.
However, if the concessionaire has not established a specific protocol, it is sufficient to notify the concessionaire as stated in Article 17, point 5 of Law 49/1960, of 21 July, on Horizontal Property.
If this procedure is required, Endesa X will provide a template letter.
Although payment details are collected at the time of purchase, the customer will not be charged until after the installation of the equipment has been completed.

A few days after your charger installation, we will send you a code to activate the discounted 'Formidable' tariff. You will need to download the Endesa On Your Way App on your mobile phone and register to enter this code. Once registered, or if you already were, go to My Account and activate a charging tariff. To do this, you must have an active payment method and a previously activated tariff. We recommend the E-Flex tariff to start, as it involves no activation or recurring costs. Once this tariff is active, you can validate your code in the section My Account > Promotional Codes > Add Promotional Code. Once entered, you will find the tariff available for selection in the 'Wallet' section of your App, and you can start enjoying your discount on one of the largest charging networks in Spain.
No, the Recarga en Casa Tariff has no minimum contract period or cancellation fees. You can switch tariffs or cancel your contract whenever you like.
No, with this tariff you’ll pay a charge for the contracted power and a charge for the energy consumed, just as you would with most offers on the market. You’ll also pay a flat fee, which allows you to charge your car for up to 1,250 km per month.
With Endesa Energía’s Recarga en Casa Tariff, for €0.8219/day you’ll be entitled to up to 216.99 kWh for a standard 30-day billing cycle (equivalent to a flat-rate charge of €24.65). Any kWh consumed in each billing cycle that exceeds the amount of energy included in the flat rate will be billed at the energy rate of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff" with any applicable discounts. The kWh included in the flat rate for each billing cycle may not exceed 60% of the total kWh consumed in that cycle, and any amount exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy rate of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff", with any applicable discounts.
In other words, assuming a 30-day billing cycle with 216.99 kWh included in the flat-rate allowance, your total consumption must be 361.65 kWh for the 60% restriction not to apply. If your total consumption is lower than this figure, any kWh exceeding that 60% will be billed at the energy rate for the Recarga en Casa Tariff.
For information purposes, the total consumption of the kWh included in the flat-rate charge does not guarantee the total consumption associated with charging your vehicle. The consumption data used has been calculated in accordance with IDAE Methodology 19/05/2025, assuming an approximate average consumption of 17.6 kWh per 100 km for an electric vehicle, such that the 216.99 kWh per month would be equivalent to 1,250 km per month or 15,000 km per year.
No, the meter does not distinguish between the energy used to charge the electric car and that used by other electrical appliances. This means that if you do not need as much energy to charge your car, the energy included in your tariff is used to cover household consumption.
(*) With the Endesa Energía Recarga en Casa Tariff, for €0.8219/day without taxes you will be entitled to up to 216.99 kWh for a standard 30-day billing cycle (equivalent to a fee of €31.35 including taxes in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €26.69 in the Canary Islands). The kWh consumed in each billing cycle that exceed the amount of energy included in the fee will be billed at the energy term price of the "Recarga en Casa Tariff" with any applicable discounts. The kWh included in the fee for each billing cycle may not exceed 60% of the total kWh consumed in that cycle, and any consumption above this 60% will be billed at the energy term price of the Recarga en Casa Tariff with any applicable discounts. In the case of joint contracting of the Endesa Energía Recarga en Casa Tariff and an Endesa X Way charging point, a 30% indefinite discount will be applied to the Recarga en Casa Tariff fee (equivalent a una quota de 21,95 € impostos inclosos a la península i les Balears i 18,69 € a les Canàries) and an additional 10% discount for one year on the energy term price of that Tariff. For information purposes, the total consumption of the kWh included in the fee does not guarantee the total consumption linked to charging your vehicle. The consumption data used has been prepared in accordance with IDAE Methodology 05/19/2025, considering an approximate average consumption of an electric vehicle of 17.6 kWh per 100 km, so that the 216.99 kWh per month would be equivalent to 1,250 km per month or 15,000 km per year. See the rest of the conditions at www.endesa.com.
By signing this new contract we inform you that, if you meet the requirements to qualify for the Bono Social discounted rate, you will not be able to qualify for it. Nor will you be able to apply for the Small Consumer Voluntary Price (PVPC) tariff.
