Who can sign up for the Flex rate?

Customers who do not have electricity contracted with Endesa.
Endesa customers who want to change their rate or sign up for a new supply point.
Why choose the Flex rate?

The Flex rate, like the PVPC, has a variable energy term indexed to the electricity market (OMIE), and therefore its price will depend on daily energy demand and supply.
Quarterly advice
With the Flex plan, you'll receive a quarterly comparative assessment via email: the price you pay with Flex versus what you would pay with a fixed-price plan, not subject to market fluctuations. Plus, there's no lock-in or penalty if you want to change to another plan.

What is the Flex rate?

This Endesa rate, like the PVPC, has a variable energy rate indexed to the electricity market (OMIE), allowing you to take advantage of savings when market prices are lower. We'll inform you quarterly so you can compare what you pay with this rate and a fixed-price rate.

The Flex rate offers two power prices (kW) with three fixed components for each energy rate (kWh): Peak, Flat, and Off-peak. It also includes the indexed component, which corresponds to the variable energy price indexed to the daily market. See prices.

If I have Flex, will I know if the market price goes up?

Yes, we'll keep you informed. With the Flex tariff, you'll receive a quarterly comparative assessment via email: the value you pay with Flex and what you would pay if you were on a fixed-price, non-indexed plan, and therefore not subject to market fluctuations.

What is the management fee?

This is a monthly fee included in your bill so we can offer you personalized advice on a quarterly basis. A 50% discount can be applied to this monthly fee for one year if you purchase another product in addition to the Flex rate; be it a gas rate, or an electricity or gas maintenance service. When you sign up, you must provide your email address to receive this quarterly advice.

How is the price of my contract with Endesa evolving?

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider.

Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If there are any changes, we will notify you one month in advance. Remember that you can terminate the contract without penalty, as well as switch to another Endesa tariff or to any other company at any time.

I have the Flex rate, can I switch to another fixed rate?

You can change your rate if you wish without any penalty, as you won't be locked into the Flex tariff.

How long does the contract with Endesa last?

The contract with Endesa is for one year and is automatically renewable.

If I have a social bonus and I take advantage of this promotion, would I lose it?

If you have a social bonus, you shouldn't opt for this or any other rate, as you'll lose it.
