Endesa has implemented an aid plan which clearly shows our commitment to all the inhabitants of La Palma.

Endesa launched a special tariff for those affected

As a result of the volcanic eruption from September 2021 to March 2022, Endesa introduced a special tariff with discounts of 50% and there is a free telephone so it can be contracted with no need to travel.

Measures taken by Endesa to help La Palma

✔ Power cuts have been suspended: So that the electricity contract would not be a problem for anyone in these difficult times.
✔ We have made personalised payment plans available which are adapted to each situation: It is an easy and simple process for bills to be deferred or paid in instalments.
✔ We also offer a special tariff with discounts of 50% para for any resident on the island who requests it.
✔ The opening times in the customer service centres on the island have been extended and new in-person offices have been opened.
