What is PARA TI Suscripciones by Mondia?
PARA TI Suscripciones by Mondia is a platform that offers exclusive discounts to customers who are part of Endesa’s PARA TI loyalty programme. Thanks to Endesa, you can now subscribe to a wide range of products (including education, well-being, sport, and entertainment) at a reduced price, with free trial periods and other exclusive offers designed to bring you even more benefits with PARA TI.
How can I benefit from these offers?
You have access to these offers simply by being a PARA TI customer. In the Endesa app or website, go to the ‘More Benefits’ section and look for the current subscription offer. You can also gain access through the ‘Manage your subscriptions’ card.
Browse the different products and offers, then select the one that interests you most to start your subscription..
What is the subscription process and how do I access the service I have purchased?
Click on the offer that interests you most to view the page detailing its content and price. Follow the subscription process and complete payment using your credit card.
Once payment has been made, you can create your account for the purchased product in one of three ways:
- During checkout, by following the steps shown
- Through the email you will receive with a link and the required instructions
- In ‘My Subscriptions’ on the offer subscription page, where you will find a ‘Sign up’ button if you have not yet created your account for the purchased product.
Once this step is complete, you can start enjoying the service across all available platforms.
What payment methods are accepted? When will I be charged for my subscription?
You can pay for your subscription by credit or debit card. You will also have the option to save your preferred card details to make future subscriptions quicker and easier.
The subscription fee will be charged on the first day of the billing period and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
If your subscription includes a free trial period, the first payment will be processed once the trial period ends.
I have subscribed, but I can’t find my confirmation email. How can I complete my registration?
You can always access your purchased product through the PARA TI portal. Go to the ‘More Benefits’ section, click on the ‘Manage your Subscriptions’ card, and select the ‘Go to my subscriptions dashboard’ button. This will take you to the ‘PARA TI Suscripciones by Mondia’ portal, where you can manage your subscriptions.

How can I cancel my subscription to an offer?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the PARA TI Suscripciones portal. To do so, go to PARA TI, find the ‘More Benefits’ section, click on the ‘My subscriptions’ card, and select the ‘Go to my subscriptions dashboard’ button. This will take you to the ‘PARA TI Suscripciones by Mondia’ portal, where you can access the ‘My subscriptions’ section and select the offer you would like to cancel.
You will see the option ‘Cancel my subscription’. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can continue to enjoy the content until the end of your current subscription period.
If I cancel my contract with Endesa, will I still be able to enjoy my subscription to the offers?
Unfortunately, your active subscriptions will automatically be cancelled once your contract with Endesa ends. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the end of your subscription, and you will continue to have access to the content until the end of your current subscription period.
