What are the PARA TI tiers?
The PARA TI programme has 4 tiers: Start, Plus, Premium and Platinum. Your tier depends on the number of contracts and how long you have been with Endesa. You will see your tier automatically; you do not have to do anything.
How do I know what my current tier is?
You can check your tier in PARA TI, on the main PARA TI screen at the top where it says 'Tier'. If you click there, you will be able to see all the benefits associated with your tier.
Are tier changes immediate?
Not necessarily. Changes may be reflected in the days after you meet the necessary conditions.
I have just signed up for a new supply. When will I go up a tier?
Once the new contract is active and the tiers are updated, you will move to the corresponding tier based on how long you have been with us and your number of contracts. This change may take a few days.
If I have several contracts. Do they all count towards determining my tier?
Yes, if they are Endesa Energía electricity and gas contracts.
Is my time as a customer calculated from my first contract?
The length of time is calculated at the customer level and not at the contract level. Even if you change or add contracts, you will maintain your length of time as a customer as long as there is not a complete cancellation lasting more than 90 days.
I have 5 contracts. Do I enter the PLATINUM tier?
No, for all customers, regardless of the number of contracts, if they have been with Endesa Energía for less than 12 months, the corresponding tier is START.
When can I go up a tier?
You can go up a tier in the following circumstances:
- Start → Plus: you have been a customer for 12 months.
- Plus → Premium: you have 2 supplies or more and have been with Endesa for over 36 months.
- Premium → Platinum: you have 5 contracts or more and have been with Endesa for over 60 months.
Remember: if you are signing up with Endesa Energía for the first time, you will enter the Start tier regardless of how many contracts are activated, and you will move to Plus after 12 months.
What happens if I cancel a contract and sign up for another one?
Your tier will be recalculated based on the number of active contracts and how long you have been a customer at that time.
Can I drop a tier?
Yes, you can drop a tier if you cancel a contract. These are the cases:
- Premium → Plus: you cancel the contracts you have and only keep one.
- Platinum → Premium: you cancel some of your contracts and are left with fewer than 5, but keep at least 2.
- Platinum → Plus: you cancel some of your contracts and only keep one.
