Enjoy a 5% discount on the energy rate indefinitely and an extra 3% for 1 year for having gas contracted with Endesa. Additionally, enjoy a 3% discount on the variable gas rate for one year by also having or signing up for electricity.

The customer will bear the cost of any changes to the regulated components applicable to their services and any newly introduced components, whether it is an increase or a decrease (for this purpose, the consumption profile will be considered as P1=28%, P2=26%, and P3=46%).

 

Furthermore, the power and energy terms may be updated on 1 January with the actual Consumer Price Index (CPI) value (the latest officially published national general interannual Consumer Price Index at the time of the update).

 

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

 

Any other charge that the distributor may apply, and which is not explicitly mentioned in this document, will be paid by the customer. For example, excess power, reactive energy, metering equipment rental, rights, etc.

 

The prices will also include the regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism: Fixed customer charge (marketing) of €0.006282/day (Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €0.00726350/day or €0.00798985/day depending on the applicable tax rate; Canary Islands: €0.00660318/day for domestic customers with power under 10kW, and in all other cases, €0.00680127/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.00666921/day; all amounts include taxes applicable as of the effective date of these prices).

 

The times for the power term shall be the same as for the access tariff.

The period for paper billing shall be bimonthly. With digital billing, the customer can choose between monthly or bimonthly bills (monthly by default, unless already an Endesa customer, in which case the period already in use will be respected). Billing by maximeter will always be monthly.
