Endesa Libre + Gas tariff

The prices also include the regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism: Fixed customer charge (supply) of €0.012742/day (Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €0.01620663/day; Canary Islands: €0.01339331/day for national customers with power under 10 kW, and in all other cases, €0.01379573/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.01352785/day; all amounts include taxes applicable as of the effective date of these prices).

The hydrocarbon tax (€0.00234/kWh) applies to the result only in the peninsula and Balearic Islands: in the peninsula and Balearic Islands, IVA (21%) applies; in the Canary Islands, IGIC (0%, 3% and 7%, as applicable) will apply; in Ceuta and Melilla, IPSI (4% and 1%, as applicable) will apply. Promotion valid for new contracts with Endesa Energía. This promotion is not valid in Ceuta or Melilla.

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

The Libre + Gas Endesa’s Tariff has no commitment period; you are free to cancel it whenever you wish, without any penalty. However, the Libre + Gas Endesa’s Tariff contract has a duration of one year, automatically renewable.
