(*) Prices with taxes. The price will include the electricity tax (0,5% or the minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh, as applicable). VAT will be added to the total in accordance with the law (10% for contracted power of less than 10 kW and 21% for contracted power of 10 kW or more), IGIC (Canary Islands: 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable). The regulated cost associated with the social tariff funding mechanism will be added: Fixed cost per customer (supply) of €0.019121/day (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: €0.02113851/day including tax for contracted power below 10 kW and, for all other cases, €0. €0.02325237/day including tax; Canary Islands: €0.01921683/day including tax for power ratings below 10 kW and domestic customers, and for all other cases, €0.01979334/day including tax; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.01940900/day including tax).

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

The 24h Online Fixed Tariff is available exclusively to new customers. Existing Endesa customers cannot sign up for it.

The 24h Online Fixed Tariff contract lasts for one year and is automatically renewable.

The change to Luz Fija 24h Online reflects an update in Endesa’s tariff catalogue. The new name highlights its main benefit: a fixed price throughout the day, with no schedules or complications. The conditions remain just as simple and competitive.

You can:

• End your current contract (without penalty).
• Sign up for the 24h Online Fixed Tariff at your new property as if you were a new customer.

Just make sure that:

• The new supply point is in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
• The contracted power is ≤ 15 kW.
• You sign up online, as this tariff requires.

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

In general, our tariffs do not include a commitment period. However, in some cases we may offer you additional advantageous conditions linked to your acceptance of a commitment period, so you can enjoy those benefits.

If the tariff includes a commitment period, we will clearly inform you before you sign up. If you accept the commitment and decide to cancel before completing the first year, a penalty will apply equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount of energy pending supply until the 12 months from the start date are completed. This calculation is based on the contract price without discounts.

If the change is made after 12 months have passed, there will be no penalty, nor if you switch between tariffs within Endesa Energía.

You can terminate your electricity or gas contract at any time within the legal withdrawal period. To do so, simply complete the withdrawal form and send it through one of the following channels:
