How does the price of my One Tariff contract evolve?

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

I have another tariff with Endesa. Can I switch to the One tariff?

If you have a different tariff than the One Tariff, you can switch to the One Tariff without any problem. However, if you already have the One Tariff, you cannot unsubscribe and sign up for it again.

In addition, discounts on this rate are only applicable to new contracts.

How long does the One Tariff contract last?

The One Luz Tariff contract lasts for one year and is automatically renewable.

Is the One Luz Tariff suitable if I have variable electricity consumption?

Yes, it is especially useful if your consumption varies from month to month or throughout the day. The key to this tariff is that the price per kWh is fixed 24 hours a day, regardless of:

  • How much you consume.
  • When you consume it.

This provides predictability in your bill, even if you have months of higher usage due to heating/cooling, guests, or working from home.

Expert opinion: If you want to avoid surprises and simplify tracking your consumption, One Luz is a stable and straightforward tariff.

Can I sign up for One Luz if I have a contracted power level above 10 kW?

Yes. Unlike other tariffs, One Luz allows you to contract up to 15 kW of power, which makes it ideal for:

  • Large homes with powerful appliances.
  • Houses with electric heating or cooling systems.
  • Large families.

You just need to verify that your supply point is low voltage and that your power level is within the accepted range (from 3.3 kW to 15 kW).

What advantages does One Luz have over tariffs with time-of-use discrimination?

The main advantage is its simplicity. You don't have to adapt your life to time bands (peak, shoulder, off-peak).

Expert recommendation: Choose One Luz if you cannot concentrate your consumption in off-peak hours or if you value the freedom of not being a slave to the clock.

What happens if I move to another property?

You can:

  • End your current contract (without penalty).
  • Sign up for One Luz at your new property as if you were a new customer.

Just make sure that:

  • The new supply point is in mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
  • The contracted power is ≤ 15 kW.
  • You sign up online, as this tariff requires.

Tip: Process the contract cancellation and the new sign-up at least 5 working days in advance to avoid any overlap.

How is the fixed price reflected in the monthly bill?

Your monthly bill will show:

  • Total consumption in kWh.
  • Fixed unit price per kWh.
  • Total to pay = consumption x fixed price (no surprises).
  • Contracted power + taxes + regulated costs.

Everything is presented clearly and in detail, allowing you to:

  • Compare months with ease.
  • Estimate your future consumption.
  • Detect increases caused by your habits and not by tariff changes.

Is it compatible with electric heating?

Yes. In fact, it is an interesting option if you use:

  • Electric radiators.
  • Heat pumps or aerothermal systems.
  • Portable heaters.

Thanks to the stable price, you can turn on the heating at any time without worrying if you are in a peak or off-peak period.

Can I see my consumption in real time with this tariff?

Yes, if you have a smart, remotely-managed meter, you can:

  • Check your hourly consumption from the Customer Area or the Endesa app.
  • Compare monthly, daily, or time-band consumption.
  • Identify consumption habits and optimise your electricity use.

Note: The hourly analysis is for informational purposes, even though the price is the same all day.

I have a self-consumption tariff, can I sign up for this tariff?

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

Does this tariff have any promotions?

Yes, we have several discounts you can apply when signing up as a new customer:

  • A 10% indefinite discount on the energy term.
  • An extra 10% discount for 1 year.

If you sign up for both electricity and gas: 20% off the consumption of both energies for 1 year.

Plus, we’ll lock in your base electricity consumption price for 2 years so you don’t have to worry about changes.
