Solar Simply, the best tariff for self-consumption with surpluses

The Solar Simply tariff is Endesa's solution for customers who already have solar panels installed and running.

With Solar Simply, you can get the most out of your photovoltaic solar installation. Simple, with no schedules.

Self-consumption tariff with compensation for surpluses

Solar Simply compensates your surpluses, that is: the energy that your solar panels generate, but which you do consume, is not wasted, i.e., you will be compensated for it directly on your bill.

  • Surplus compensation price of €0.10 per kWh*.
  • A single price for all the energy you consume from the grid, whatever the time: per kWh you will pay €0.14 for the first year and from the second year you will pay €0.15*.

Solar Simply is the tariff that combines surplus compensation with a very reduced price for the energy you consume from the grid.

Simple, clear and easy to understand.

*Prices excluding tax.

(*) Prices including taxes. For electricity, the electricity tax is added (0.5% or a minimum amount of €0.5/MWh or €1/MWh, as appropriate) and for gas the hydrocarbons tax (€0.00234/kWh). To the result, VAT is added (21% or 5% as appropriate), IGIC (Canary Islands 0%, 3% or 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% and 1% as appropriate). The following regulated costs associated with the financing mechanism for the Social Bonus will be added to the prices: Fixed cost per customer (retailing) of €0.03671762/day (Mainland and Balearic Islands: €0.03874627/day taxes included for power supplies less than 10kW and, in all other cases, €0.04465046/ day taxes included; Canary Islands: €0.03690121/day taxes included for power supplies less than 10kW and for domestic clients, and in all other cases, €0.03800824/day taxes included; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.03727022/day incl. taxes. For supply points on the mainland, the regulated cost of financing the cap on the price of gas used for the generation of electricity is also added to electricity prices, which together with other items means an additional regulated cost to finance the measure. This regulated cost will be included in the bill under "Maximum cost of gas RDL10/2022". If you are already an Endesa Energía customer, a change of tariff will mean this additional cost will be added to your bill.

Surpluses are the electricity produced by your photovoltaic installation and that are not self-consumed at the site of the installation. This surplus energy can be transferred to the grid to be used by other consumers.

If you have a tariff with compensation for surpluses, your electric company credits you in your electricity bill for the amount of energy transferred to the grid.

Solar Simply is a tariff that requires a photovoltaic panels installation. The tariff can be contracted if you already have solar panels installed. If you do not yet have solar panels, we will make an assessment for you and take care of all the installation, paperwork and procedures at a competitive price:

From an economic point of view, the installation of solar panels is profitable and generates savings on the electricity bill. It is estimated that the average household can save up to 60% on their yearly bill.

And then you should add the other benefits of which you can take advantage.

  • Reduction of up to 50% on IBI (Property Tax) in many municipalities in Spain.
  • The possibility of deductions on Personal Income Tax for undertaking home improvements geared towards to energy efficiency.
  • Availability of municipal or autonomous community subsidies for self-consumption installations and/or home improvements relating to energy efficiency.

From an environmental point of view, having photovoltaic installations and electricity self-consumption tariffs is always a significant improvement. Savings in CO2 emissions and in reducing your carbon footprint are essential if we are to achieve the goal of reaching carbon neutrality.

The number of photovoltaic solar panels that your house needs depends on many factors, including the orientation of the house, the geographical area, your average consumption and the efficiency of the solar panels.

Let us advise you. We will make it easy for you: We will take care of studying your needs and advising you on the best installation for your circumstances.
