One Light 3-Period Tariff

On the resulting amount, VAT (21%), IGIC (Canary Islands: 0% or 3%, and 7% as applicable) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla: 4% or 1% as applicable) will be added. The regulated cost associated with the social bonus financing mechanism will also be added: Fixed cost per customer (commercialization) of €0.019121/day (Mainland and Balearic Islands: €0.02431959/day; Canary Islands: €0.02009883/day for domestic customers with power below 10 kW and, for other cases, €0.02070180/day; Ceuta and Melilla: €0.02029982/day; all the above amounts include applicable taxes as of the start date of these prices).

Of course. If you’re already an Endesa customer, you can switch to the One Light 3-Period Tariff anytime.

In general, our tariffs do not include a commitment period. However, in some cases we may offer you additional advantageous conditions linked to your acceptance of a commitment period, so you can enjoy those benefits.

If the tariff includes a commitment period, we will clearly inform you before you sign up. If you accept the commitment and decide to cancel before completing the first year, a penalty will apply equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount of energy pending supply until the 12 months from the start date are completed. This calculation is based on the contract price without discounts.

If the change is made after 12 months have passed, there will be no penalty, nor if you switch between tariffs within Endesa Energía.

The contract with Endesa, regardless of the tariff chosen, lasts for one year and is automatically renewable. In tariffs where a one-year duration is mandatory, we would inform you.

The price may be updated on 1 January each year based on the actual CPI (latest officially published year-on-year Consumer Price Index at the time of the update), as well as any changes to current regulated components applicable to electricity and gas supplies, and any potential new changes that may be approved by regulation.

In case of an update based on the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November will be used. It is published on the National Statistics Institute website. The update will be made by adding the result of multiplying the CPI by the previous prices to the existing prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2025 was 3.0%, the year-on-year CPI was 2.4% for November 2024, 3.2% for November 2023, 6.8% for November 2022, 5.5% for November 2021, -0.8% for November 2020, and 0.4% for November 2019.

If any changes, either upward and downward, are made to the regulated components applicable to the contract, these will be passed on to the customer. These types of changes are regulated and are entirely beyond Endesa's control. They apply equally across the Spanish national territory and to every provider. Additionally, the price may be reviewed after one year from the contract date. If any changes occur, you will be notified at least one month in advance. You may then choose to terminate the contract without penalty, switch to another Endesa tariff, or sign up with a different energy provider.

With the One Light 3-Period Tariff there are no penalties, but the kWh rate will be higher.

If most of your consumption occurs during peak hours (10:00–14:00 and 18:00–22:00), your savings may be lower than with nighttime or flexible habits.

Expert tip: before signing up, check your current bill and calculate what percentage of your consumption falls into off-peak or mid-rate periods. If it’s under 35%, a stable, single-rate tariff might suit you better.

Yes. This tariff is especially suitable for users with:

• Programmable appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, or dryer).
• Timed heating or air conditioning.
• Nighttime or flexible consumption routines.

Expert recommendation: if you run your appliances during off-peak hours (00:00–08:00 and weekends), you can save up to 50% compared to a non–time-of-use tariff.

Practical tip: if you prefer stability and can’t change your habits, the One Light Tariff is your best option. If you can adapt your usage and want to save, the One Light 3-Period Tariff is more cost-effective.

Yes, it’s very convenient whether you work from home or spend most of the day away.

• If you work from home, you can manage flexible consumption (appliances, heating, or water heater) during lower-cost hours.
• If you’re away during the day, it’s even easier to concentrate your laundry, drying, or device charging during off-peak hours (00:00–08:00 and weekends).

Savings tip: even with low usage, if you can concentrate at least 40% of your consumption in off-peak hours, the impact on your bill will be significant.

It’s ideal if:

• You have nighttime habits.
• You can shift consumption to off-peak hours.
• You’re not home all day and use most energy outside peak times.

Expert recommendation: use Endesa’s simulator to calculate potential savings based on your usage pattern. If more than 35% of your consumption occurs during off-peak hours, this tariff can likely generate significant annual savings.

The tariff is tied to your supply point, not your name. If you move, you’ll need to set up a new contract at your new address. You can then re-subscribe to the One Light 3-Period Tariff and keep enjoying its benefits —off-peak pricing, weekends/holidays, and no commitment. Important:

• Notify the change in advance.

Endesa will update prices if:

• Regulated system components change.
• The interannual CPI is reviewed (each 1 January).

Peace of mind guaranteed: All price adjustments are transparent and applied uniformly across all suppliers under national regulations.

If you have a social bonus, you should not sign up for this tariff or this promotion, as you would lose it.

If you have a solar panel installation with an active self-consumption tariff, you cannot sign up for this tariff. However, at Endesa, we offer the Endesa Solar Tariff, tailored specifically for you.

You can terminate your electricity or gas contract at any time within the legal withdrawal period. To do so, simply complete the withdrawal form and send it through one of the following channels:

• Email: atencionalcliente@endesaonline.com.

Please include the following details to ensure your withdrawal request is valid:

• Full name of the contract holder.
• National ID (DNI).
• Supply address.
• CUPS number.
• Bank account associated with the contract.

Only for new contracts:

• 10% discount on electricity consumption for 1 year.
• 10% discount on the variable term (consumption) for 1 year.

For combined electricity and gas contracts, a 20% discount will be offered on the variable term (gas consumption) for 1 year.
