The boiler check-up is mandatory every 2 years, while a complete review of the installation (including meter, pipes and faucets) should be done every 5 years. This time will depend on the type of boiler, as it may be advisable to perform a boiler check annually, too. Anyway, whether it is a gas boiler, an oil boiler, a condensation boiler or a biomass boiler, as we have mentioned above, a review every 2 years is mandatory.

Our electrical and gas maintenance services include several extras. These depend on the type of service contracted, but, in general, the extras included in these Endesa maintenance services are call-out charges and 3 hours of labor included for each repaiir.

Each distribution company defines the protocol to be followed. Once the request has been made, the distribution company will send the estimate. Normally, it will not be necessary to carry out major works of adaptation of the electrical network, so you will only have to pay the costs of the new connection, which, for a power of 9.2kW, is around 350€+VAT. However, sometimes it will be necessary for the distribution company to carry out additional works, so they will quote them and you will be able to decide whether to go ahead or not.
