Plaza de Oriente in Madrid
and in various public spaces
At Endesa we’re taking part in the celebrations for the bicentenary of the “Teatro Real”, celebrating the third edition of Opera Week, between 30th June and 9th July, with a series of free, participative activities intended for all kinds of audiences.
In line with our commitment to transmitting the power of culture, we support the initiative of the Teatro Real to open up opera to all kinds of audiences. On 30th June next, the well-known work “Madama Butterfly” may be seen on screens installed in various public spaces throughout Spain, such as the “Plaza de Oriente” in Madrid; a free fixture for your diary, open to all audiences.
It will also be relayed to various institutions and cultural and artistic centres throughout the country, and also by streaming on Internet and via Facebook. Join #MadamaEnDirecto and enjoy this Japanese tragedy with us.
