Endesa took part in the 19th Edition of the Customer Relations Expo held on October 6. This annual event is a favourite among customer relation professionals, attracting over 1,800 visitors during the 2015 edition. Organised by the International Faculty for Executives (IFAES), the event gathered directors and managers in the fields of marketing, new technologies and Ecommerce from large companies, which, through conferences and debates, covered the five elements that will transform customer experiences in the digital era: technological innovations, data processing, customer-centric omni-channel user experience and relationships between employees and customers.
In this Edition Endesa received the prestigious CRC Gold award for the best Ecommerce strategy granted by the Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relations (ARRC), IFAES and the IZO consulting firm. These awards recognise Endesa’s innovative digital sales strategies in electricity, gas and maintenance services, forming part of the company’s ambitious digital transformation project, which has managed to triple digital sales over the last three years.
