RetoTech_Fundación_Endesa was created in 2016 by the Endesa Foundation, with the support of the Community of Madrid, to promote innovation in educational environments. It is a challenge designed for Primary and Secondary Education schools in the Community of Madrid, enabling them to design their own integrated robotic APPs aimed at providing solutions for social problems and improving the quality of life in their school environment.
After the success of the previous edition, this year, the Endesa foundation is launching the second edition, which will select a total of 65 educational establishments from among all those that register during the first phase; 11 more than in last year’s competition. The schools and institutes selected to take part in this project will receive 10 kits of robotics and a 3D Witbox Go printer to implement their idea. The registration period shall remain open from 11 September to 6 October.
The Endesa Foundation, chaired by Borja Prado, if firmly committed to social development, as reflected in its educational projects, cultural initiatives and training for employment and, with this project, it continues with its commitment to develop projects that promote innovation in educational environments.
