Do I need to have solar panels installed to sign up for the Endesa Solar tariff?

Yes. Endesa Solar is a tariff that requires a photovoltaic solar panel installation. You can sign up for it if you already have your own solar panels installed. If you don't have solar panels yet, we will advise you and take care of the entire installation, paperwork, and administrative tasks at a competitive price.

What are the main differences between the Basic, Plus, Plus & Virtual Battery and Solar Advisory Service options?

You can compare the different options in the comparison table.

What is the benefit of the Solar Advisory Service option?

If you don’t know how much surplus energy you feed into the grid, or if your surplus varies throughout the year, Endesa chooses for you.

With the Solar Advisory Service option, on every bill the alternative that best fits your consumption will be applied. We evaluate both your energy consumption and any surplus fed into the grid.

How does the Solar Advisory Service work?

Your consumption and surplus energy fed into the grid will be analysed on each bill. Therefore, we’ll apply the option that benefits you most and delivers the greatest savings. For example, if you do not feed any surplus energy one month, we would apply the Basic option so that you can save through the discount. However, if the next month you feed surplus energy without accumulating a balance in your virtual battery, we would apply the Plus option. If you manage to accumulate credit, we would apply the Plus & Virtual Battery option.
