- ✔ If you sign up for Única from Endesa you are immediately eligible for the Rewards Plan.
- ✔ You will have efficient consumption challenges. Completely personalised. We will help you to achieve them with saving tips.
- ✔ The energy savings you achieve will be returned to you in euros and deducted from your bill. If you don't succeed, don't worry: your payment will remain the same.
- ✔ The more services and energy you add, the more you will save on your monthly energy bill.
- ✔ In your Customer Area you will be able to view the money accumulated from the rewards you achieve.
Única Rewards Plan
These are the different modalities:
- Recompensas Plan for efficient consumption: Reduce your electricity consumption to meet the quarterly challenges that we will propose and your gas consumption to meet your annual challenge.
The challenges we propose are unique to you: Personalised based on your consumption history, designed for you to become more efficient.
We will tell you about each new challenge by e-mail and help you meet them with efficiency tips.

Get unique discounts by combining electricity, gas, and services
Want more benefits? Get additional discounts on your bills by combining your electricity and/or gas supplies with a maintenance service. Here's how you can get them:
- By signing up for a Única Premium + electricity maintenance service, you will get an ongoing 3% discount on your bills.
- If you sign up for a Única Premium + gas maintenance service, you can also benefit from an ongoing 3% discount on your bills.
- If you sign up for electricity + gas, you will get an ongoing 5% discount on the energy base* of each supply on your bills.
- By signing up for electricity + gas + a Única Premium maintenance service, you will receive an additional ongoing 3% discount on your bills for the corresponding supply. If you sign up for two services, you will get the discount on both supplies.
*The energy base includes the contracted power costs and the consumption of electricity and/or gas according to the contracted supply.
Here's a very simple example:
If you have an electricity contract with a fee of €40 and you want to add a gas contract with a fee of €60, by signing up for both tariffs at the same time, with a total fee of €100, you would get a direct discount of €5 on the total consumption of both energies.
If you also add an electricity maintenance service and a gas maintenance service to your contract, with a 3% discount for each service, you can benefit from up to €8 off your total monthly fee.
You can check how you are doing with each challenge in your Única private area. In the "Mis Recompensas" section you can check the refund that corresponds to you for each challenge met.
With Única, we don't keep your savings. We give them back for you to enjoy. You win, and so does the planet.
