Why contract Netflix with Única?

How is it activated?

You will be able to activate your Netflix account through the email you will receive after the signing-up process or from your Customer Area.

And if you already have your Netflix account, you can link it to your Endesa account simply by entering it during the contracting process (in this way, you remove the previous payment method).

And always with the best HD quality on 2 screens simultaneously (Standard) or up to 4 screens simultaneously (Premium).

FAQs

You'll receive an e-mail telling you to activate your subscription and start enjoying Netflix within 24 hours of signing the contract. You can also activate it from your Client Area on endesa.com. 

The Netflix service will appear on your Endesa bill as part of your electricity and gas services. If you extend your Netflix plan, you'll see an additional charge of €4/month (VAT included).

You can link your current Netflix account to Endesa Única without any problem. Just enter your Netflix email during the contracting process and it's done. This gives you the convenience of having everything in one bill, and you'll be able to benefit from our "Recompensas Plus Plan".

If you already have a Netflix account, it is important to link your username with Endesa to include it in your Endesa bill and remove the previous payment method.

Of course. Changing from the Netflix plan with two screens to Netflix with four screens and 4K resolution only costs €4/month, which we will include in your Endesa bill.

You can request cancellation of your subscription through the Endesa Client Area.
