At Endesa, we are promoting an innovation culture. We are launching initiatives to boost start-up projects and we are collaborating with events that attract talent and innovation: Pangea, Team A, South Summit, among others.
Via our Endesa Energy Challenges platform, we are launching challenges to find innovative ideas through joint projects –Endesa Datathon and Endesa Hackathon-.
Using this same philosophy, we held an Endesa Hackateen for employees' children who could learn about different disciplines related to robotics, programming and 3D printing.
We also hold a HackDay where our employees show their more technological side and come up with solutions to improve the business, and we promote Digital Day, so they can experiment with different digitalisation applications.
In this way, our workers can also bring their own their ideas on creating an intelligent energy future.
