Workplace environment

Endesa carries out a survey on the workplace environment every two years to find out employees’ level of motivation and commitment to Endesa. In 2016, a result of 60/100 was achieved, and in 2017, specific action plans were implemented for all company units and managers, starting at the top executive level.  The initiatives these plans form are aimed at enhancing the strengths and using them as levers to reinforce the identified areas of improvement.  Many of them are oriented toward continuing to improve the management abilities on increasingly more flexible and diverse environments, in addition to strengthening employees’ participation in making decisions, developing the values of trust, proactiveness, responsibility and innovation on which we base our model of value.
