The Madrid branch of Enel Group's Innovation Hubs network is a meeting point with entrepreneurs and startups where new ideas and projects related to the future of energy are nurtured.
We want to promote communication and collaboration with entrepreneurs, startups and scaleups because of their disruptive innovation capabilities, use of technology and, above all, because they are able to develop and bring products and services to market in the shortest time possible. Endesa, part of the Enel Group, is open to the global innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem through the Enel Innovation Hub Europe, one of the ten collaborative spaces, the Enel Innovation Hubs, and the Group's 21 laboratories for startups around the world.
The Enel Innovation Hubs are located in relevant entrepreneurship centres and strategic markets for the Group around the world: Brazil, Chile, Israel, Italy, Russia, Spain and the United States. They are a base for offering startups a mutually beneficial collaboration model, where Enel acts as an industrial partner and growth platform for the startup by developing proofs of concept, pilot tests or co-developments.
The ultimate goal is for the startup to develop its business and grow thanks to its relationship as a supplier of Enel or its subsidiaries around the world. Enel has established more than 300 collaborations with startups and scaleups worldwide, of which more than 60 are already suppliers of the Group and its companies.
If you are a startup and want to work with us, you can find our innovation challenges at openinnovability.com or send us your proposal through the “I have a Project” section. Among the initiatives we have currently underway is ReShape, an open call to imagine new ways of developing the energy business.
