Endesa’s reference marketer unveils a new brand and corporate name: it is now called Energía XXI Comercializadora de Referencia, SLU. This name change will not affect the company's activities or services, or its contracts with customers and their terms and conditions.
The reference marketers are the electricity companies that offer the regulated rates, the PVPC (Voluntary Price for the Small Consumer) and the TUR (Last Resort Rate), a system which determines the Government-implemented electricity price for all regulated electricity market customers.
This latest phase focuses on a new brand image and a new website new website https://www.energiaxxi.com/regulatedrates for the on-line management of PVPC and TUR contracts.
The customer service telephone numbers and the offices and service points for Energía XXI remain the same as they were before the name change. Find more information on the Energía XXI customer service channels.
