There is probably no better way to prepare society’s future than with this type of support”, stated Julio L. Martínez.

In turn, Borja Prado confirmed the Endesa Foundation’s commitment to promoting academic excellence in universities through scholarships and grants. “This agreement reinforces the Endesa Foundation’s commitment to higher education as an associate of a leading university such as the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. We are delighted to begin this journey together, enabling the development of young university students”, pointed out Borja Prado.

The Endesa Foundation Excellence Scholarship programme is aimed at newly enrolled students in the school of Economics and Business Administration and Law (ICADE) and the Higher Technical School of Engineering (ICAI) that meet the economic and academic requirements established in the agreement. The selection shall be carried out via a committee formed for such purpose, in which members of the University and of the Foundation will take part. The scholarship will be maintained throughout the degree term, provided the academic performance requirements are met as well as the economic requirements.

In addition, final year students with the best academic performance during the course in the school of Economics and Business Administration and Law (ICADE) and the Higher Technical School of Engineering (ICAI) will also be eligible to receive the Endesa Foundation Academic Excellence Awards.
