OKLuz Confort

With OKLuz Confort, you will receive a service of annual inspections of your home's air conditioning, unlimited repairs of the electrical installation and the air conditioning and, annually, one household appliance repair (white goods) and one electric boiler repair. In addition, you will receive two maintenance services per year by an electrician, three hours each: electrical installation work (lamps, wall lights, etc.) and replacements (you no longer have to worry about changing plugs, switches or bulbs). Service offered by Endesa X Servicios, S.L.

The package includes an annual service in anticipation of possible breakdowns that could increase your energy consumption. OKLuz Confort extends equipment life and on average reduces breakdowns by 2/3, thus optimising electricity consumption and, with it, the amount of your bill.

Whenever you have a breakdown, whatever it is, you can contact the OKLuz Confort technical department and an emergency electrician will visit your home in less than 3 hours if the fault is urgent, or within a maximum of 48 working hours if the fault is not urgent - in both cases, travel and the first 3 hours of labour are free of charge -. OKLuz Confort customers have a free telephone number to request assistance, which is operational 24 hours 365 days a year: 900 85 86 85.

The number of electrical and air conditioning repairs is unlimited. Plus, every year OKLuz Confort includes a repair of an electric water boiler, a repair of a domestic appliance (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob or electric cooker) and two maintenance jobs by an electrician of three hours each: electrical installation work (lamps, wall and ceiling lights, halogens in false plaster ceilings) and replacements (switches, plugs, bells, luminaires, e.g., bulbs, halogens, etc.).

Other packages cover only air conditioning maintenance or repairs. OKLuz Confort takes care of everything.

OKLuz Confort includes repairs to your home’s electrical installation, your air conditioning, domestic appliances and electric water boiler, as well as the services of an electrician for small installations and replacements.

You can pay for OKLuz Confort in convenient electricity bill instalments and with a 20% discount for the first year.

You have an Endesa Network professional, endorsed by rigorous quality controls, who will repair any breakdowns that occur, in addition to flexibility in arranging the visit.

Any costs of travel or the first 3 hours of labour on each breakdown are avoided (parts are to be paid by the Customer, in case a repair is necessary). In exceptional circumstances, in which the repair time exceeds 3 hours, we undertake to provide a free prior quotation.

Endesa exhaustively controls adherence to the quality criteria and to the set deadlines for undertaking the work. In addition, random calls are also made regarding the operations carried out as well as satisfaction surveys, in which Customers usually give excellent ratings above 8 points out of 10.

Such inspections are of a preventive nature to check the condition, safety and correct operation of your home’s air conditioning, in accordance with legal and technical regulations. During a technical inspection, the following is carried out:

  • Verification of the correct operation of the air conditioning equipment, according to the requirements established by the RITE, and basic maintenance tasks on indoor and outdoor units (provided they are accessible).
  • Necessary adjustments to guarantee the safety of the equipment and, as far as possible, to reduce its electrical consumption and breakdown rate.

The contract lasts for one year and it is automatically extended on an annual basis. However, both the Customer and Endesa may terminate the contract giving written notice of at least one month prior to the expiration date.

The 20% discount on the service fee lasts for 1 year from the start date of the contract.

The service will be billed by Endesa X on a monthly or annual basis, depending on what was agreed. If you have contracted several services at the same address, they will all appear together on a single Endesa X invoice. 

In addition, if you have contracted an electricity or gas supply with Endesa Energía at the same address, the service bill will be included on the same document as the energy bill, and both amounts (services and energy) will be itemised together in your account. The billing frequency in this case will be as indicated in the energy contract.
