The number of electrical and air conditioning repairs is unlimited. Plus, every year OKLuz Confort includes a repair of an electric water boiler, a repair of a domestic appliance (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob or electric cooker) and two maintenance jobs by an electrician of three hours each: electrical installation work (lamps, wall and ceiling lights, halogens in false plaster ceilings) and replacements (switches, plugs, bells, luminaires, e.g., bulbs, halogens, etc.).
Other packages cover only air conditioning maintenance or repairs. OKLuz Confort takes care of everything.

You have an Endesa Network professional, endorsed by rigorous quality controls, who will repair any breakdowns that occur, in addition to flexibility in arranging the visit.
Any costs of travel or the first 3 hours of labour on each breakdown are avoided (parts are to be paid by the Customer, in case a repair is necessary). In exceptional circumstances, in which the repair time exceeds 3 hours, we undertake to provide a free prior quotation.
